Nayaro Holding owns the companies presented on this site: Nayaro Industrial IT, Nayaro Real Estate, Nayaro Asset Management, Nayaro Vegas 21, Nayaro Premium. Each is a separate legal entity with its own registration. Contracts are entered into with the relevant company, never with the group as such.

Card games
Access to the club and to its tables is reserved for persons aged 18 or over, subject to identity verification. Card games are played for entertainment. If play stops being enjoyable, stop. Free and confidential help is available in Belgium through the gambling helpline and through the Gaming Commission's self-exclusion procedure.
Construction
Nayaro Real Estate holds the professional access authorisations required in Belgium for the trades it performs. Certification and recognition details are available on request.
Financial and digital asset activities
Nothing on this website is investment advice, a solicitation, or an offer to buy or sell any financial instrument or digital asset. The tools published by Nayaro Asset Management, including ChainTaxReport, compute results from data supplied by the user. They do not constitute tax or legal advice and they do not replace a qualified adviser. The user remains responsible for the accuracy of any declaration filed with a tax authority.

What we collect and why
The contact form collects your name, your email address, your organisation if you enter one, the company you selected, your message, and the IP address the request came from. We use it to answer you and to keep a record of the exchange. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries addressed to us, and the steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract.
The IP address is also used to limit automated submissions. It is kept for the time strictly needed for that purpose.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a business relationship are deleted after 24 months. Enquiries that do become a business relationship are kept for the duration of that relationship and for the legal retention periods that follow it.
Who else sees it
Your message is delivered to the mailbox of the company you selected, with a copy to the holding company. It is not sold, rented or transferred to third parties for their own purposes. Our email and hosting providers process it as our processors, within the European Union.
Your rights
- Access the data we hold about you, and obtain a copy of it.
- Have inaccurate data corrected.
- Have your data erased, where we have no overriding reason to keep it.
- Object to processing based on our legitimate interest.
- Ask for the processing to be restricted while a request is examined.
Write to the address above to exercise any of these. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels.
Cookies and local storage
This website sets no cookie and runs no analytics or advertising tracker. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and the three-dimensional rendering library from Cloudflare's public CDN; those services receive your IP address as part of the technical request needed to deliver the files, as any server does.
One item is written to your browser's local storage: the date on which you closed the product notice, so that it is not shown to you again. It contains a date and nothing else, it identifies no one, it is never sent to our servers, and clearing your browsing data removes it.
Intellectual property
The Nayaro name, the logo, the shape mark and the design of this site belong to Nayaro SRL. The texts, images and code on this site may not be reproduced, adapted or reused without prior written permission, save for the ordinary quotation and private copy exceptions provided by law.
Liability
We take care to keep this site accurate and up to date, but we give no warranty that it is complete or free of error, and descriptions of our services do not form a contractual commitment. Links to external sites are provided for convenience; we have no control over their content and accept no responsibility for it.
Applicable law
This notice is governed by Belgian law. Any dispute relating to this website falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Hainaut, without prejudice to any mandatory protection available to consumers.
